Celebrate the Flavors of the North at Marco Polo Plaza Cebu’s Independencia

Happy 119th Independence Day, Pilipinas! Being Cebu City’s finest hotel, Marco Polo Plaza Cebu regularly dishes out thrilling food offerings for its guests year-round. Every month, we are set out on an exciting culinary journey of exploration as Marco Polo brings the world to our plates. But this time, we are time traveling home to relive Philippine History with Café Marco’s Independencia.

Under the guidance of Cebu’s culinary guru, Ms. Jessica Avila, we were privileged to be among the first to try out a spread of special dishes, special because intense research had to be done to keep the flavors authentic and faithful to their origins.
