Switchfoot rocks Ayala Center Cebu

Alternative rock band Switchfoot is back in the Philippines and has finally made a stop in the Queen City of the South, Cebu!

The band performed in Cebu for the very first time at The Terraces of Ayala Center Cebu and was warmly received by the Cebuano audience.

Julianne performed three songs as the opening act of Switchfoot

OPM singer-songwriter Julianne (Julianne Tarroja) served as the band’s front act. I remember her for her hits “Tulak ng Bibig” and “Grateful” back when I was still in high school.

Switchfoot’s first song? Float.

Lead singer Jon Foreman initially wore a jacket and a hat.

But the summer heat, and the warmth of the Cebuano welcome demanded that he remove the jacket and hat later on.

One of the highlights was when the band went unplugged and sang “Hello Hurricane” together.

Switchfoot performed their hits such as Float, Gone, Hello Hurricane, I Won’t Let You Go, Meant To Live, Only Hope, When We Come Alive, Where The Light Shines Through, Your Love is a Song, and Dare You To Move, among others, which got fans really hyped.
